If you choose to install at this time (at your own risk), the following has been reported as a possible solution:
1. In Parallels Desktop 4.0, dowload the .msi in Internet Explorer (NOT from OS X browser).
2. Install your Windows operating systems just as you would normally, within Parallels. This has only been tested with XP.
If you experience any issues with Flash, we suggest that you may require an updated version of Adobe Flash.
1. Close ALL applications that may use Flash (IM, Browsers, KNCTR (fully shut down, not just click the X, etc.).
2. In Windows Control Panel under ADD/REMOVE programs, uninstall anything Flash.
3. With all other browsers, etc. still closed, open an Internet Explorer window, go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and install within Internet Explorer while running in Parallels.
KNCTR cannot be installed or run on a Linux system at this time.

On your KNCTR, locate the two sliders in the Phone component, below Place Call and End Call. There, the two sliders that move Left and Right will control the volume for your microphone and speakers respectively. Yes, you may click on the Video Menu at any time to open and browse through videos. To close the Video Menu, simply click the Close Menu button.
Yes, at any point while a video is playing, you can click on the Video Menu button to see the list of video channels and corresponding videos to browse through. The video will be stopped when a new video has been selected. Alternatively, you may fast forward to the end of the clip/video or wait for the ending.
